Loutsa, the port of Spata, also known as Artemida is a busy settlemen, a small resort city. The beaches are beautiful with white sand and deep blue, shallow waters. Most of them are organized and there are hotels at the area, as well as many summer houses of the Athenians.
In close proximity is Vravrona with the known archaeological site which includes the famous senctury of the goddess Artemis. The temple is impressive and when you visit it you can also visit the nearby wetland.
Athenian Spiti consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom.
At the Ground floor there are: living room, bathroom, kitchen and a room with 2 single beds, fireplace and the BBQ.
At the 1st floor there is a master room with a bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms with 2 separate beds and sharing a bathroom.
There is a parking space for 1 car
Athenian Spiti is located 100m from the beach, and 2 bus stations from Artemida city center, which is approximately 10 minutes walking.
Athens Airport is 10 km away, and the Kidney Hospital is 15 km away.
Closest supermarket is just 2 minutes walking.
Beach with Kite and Surf Clubs is approximately 3 – 4 km away from the house. There is the Aiolos windsurfing club which operates in Loutsa beach, the most ideal place for surf in Athens for both beginners and advanced fans and also Nissakia Surf Club where you can enjoy your coffee, a cocktail or a drink, fresh salads as well as special dishes from experienced chefs by the sounds of lounge music and overlooking the blue.

During the 10 days stay there will be 2 times change of towels and sheets .
Cleaning service can be provided with an extra cost.
